Technical Features

1. The plant adopts Pd deoxygenating catalyst, oxygen content can reach less than 1 ppm.

2. Adopt high quality molecular sieve, adsorption capacity and rate are large, the dew point of hydrogen can be less or equal to -75 degrees centigrade.

3. Adopt efficient sinter nickel tube filter, the filter efficiency can be 99.9999%, the particle granularity can reach less than or equal to 0.3μm.

4. Consumption of regeneration gas is 5-10% of the treated hydrogen capacity, and power consumption is zero. And if regenerated by raw material gas or adopts three-tower-regeneration process the hydrogen consumption is zero.

5. It has compact structure, integrated component, and easy maintenance. PLC + touch screen or process control machine to make complete automatic control.
